Section 1. Chapter 2 (Administration), Section 2-289 (Dutiesenerally),

Subparagraph (A), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended to s

A. The city administrator shall be responsible to the mayor and the council for the K n k
administration of all city affairs placed in his charge. Except as otherwise specified by charter, w ;
