BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain equipment is
surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, that the property has been
replaced, and is no longer needed by the City. The property is described as follows:

Subject: Replacing the Copy Machine at Animal Rescue
The Heart of Missouri Humane Society has offered to donate a new copy machine to the
Animal Shelter. This offer has been made because of the very poor quality of copies and the
condition of the copy machine. The current copy machine is a RICOH,Model#FU070,City ID Tag
number 010020. The City's repair service contractor informed us that the copy machine is beyond
parts and needs to be replaced.
