BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
` Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized on behalf of the Parks z v
and Recreation Commission to enter into a supplemental grant agreement with the X14.1,,
Missouri Department of Transportation for pedestrian bicycle facilities along Wears Creek
under Project No. STP-3111(506).
f;a Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date •
]' -Wii of its passage and approval.
