COMMENTS'
The Department of Public Works has done a technical review of the final plat as submitted by
Central Missouri Professional Services, Inc. All items concerning Public Works review in
1 Section 33-8. of the Subdivision Code pertaining to Final Plat Contents have been addressed on
the plat.
All improvement plans have been submitted and reviewed. Virtually all items of concern with they ' ,t,.r,:
K£ improvement plans have been addressed on the latest submittal of the plans. One item that has ,
changed is the location of where sanitary sewer Line A ties into the existing sanitary sewer. As f
1 proposed, an easement from adjacent property would be necessary. This line is now
