Section 1. The City Council finds it necessary and hereby declares its intent to �,. 4yt,,,`.
borrow $52,000,000 for the purpose of improving and extending the City's sewerage
system(the Project )and to evidence such borrowing by the issuance of sewerage system

Section 2. A special bond election is hereby ordered to be held in the City ofy.°
