AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, VACATING A SURFACE
WATER DRAINAGE EASEMENT ACROSS A PART OF LOT NOS. 55, 56, AND 57 OF ',' s.
WESTPOINT ESTATES, SECTION 4.
WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that
the owners of land adjacent to and abutting upon a part of Lot Nos. 55, 56, and 57 of ;.,ut{tsFytr,` k
Westpoint Estates, Section 4, in the City, have petitioned the City Council to vacate a
surface water drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, it has further been shown that it would not inconvenience the public or
the citizens of the City to discontinue a portion of the surface water drainage easement
across a part of Lot Nos. 55, 56, and 57 of Westpoint Estates, Section 4, for public use as

the owners of land adjacent to and abutting upon a part of Lot Nos. 55, 56, and 57 of
