SPRING MOUNTAIN RANCH After much discussion on the topic of the agreement, a motion was made by Ted Whiteman to reflect the committee concerns about the continued involvement of the developers and the Homeowners association well after the time the city takes over the maintenance and operation of the addition. The pedestrian paths referred to in the agreement would be conflicting with city ordinances already in place on existing 18 holes. Concerns were also raised about costs incurred by the city to be paid back by Spring Mountain Ranch in an amount not to exceed $15,000 for interim maintenance of the new 9 holes. Craig Collins seconded and the motion carried. 2. CART STORAGE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION Craig Collins will be in contact with Tom Haynes in respect to design and costs of different types of buildings. There is concern as to where the funding is to come from. 3. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM The committee decided that without dollar figures and an order of priority they cannot make informed recommendations. Dave Engen requested that Charles Denham bring to the next meeting projects in an order of priority and monetary figures. 4. WINTER CONCESSION OPERATION Lighting in the parking lot is of major concern if the clubhouse is to remain open during winter months. The City Council make one minor change to Jim Mann's proposal. The daily fee will be raised from $125 to $150. Ted Whiteman moved to recommend approval of the proposal including the change by the City Council. Craig Collins seconded and the motion carried. 5. FINANCIAL REPORT The committee requested that Jim Henderson attend the next meeting to explain the figures in the year-end financial statement, and identify for the committee the amounts available for capital expenditures. 6. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBERSHIP Ted Whiteman moved that the $150 per year fee for membership be taken from the golf fund. Craig Collins seconded and the motion carried.
