SPRING MOUNTAIN RANCH After much discussion on the topic of the agreement, a motion was made by Ted Whiteman to reflect the committee concerns about the continued involvement of the developers and the Homeowners association well after the time the city takes over the maintenance and operation of the addition. The pedestrian paths referred to in the agreement would be conflicting with city ordinances already in place on existing 18 holes. Concerns were also raised about costs incurred by the city to be paid back by Spring Mountain Ranch in an amount not to exceed $15,000 for interim maintenance of the new 9 holes. Craig Collins seconded and the motion carried. 2. CART STORAGE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION Craig Collins will be in contact with Tom Haynes in respect to design and costs of different types of buildings. There is concern as to where the funding is to come from. 3. Dave Engen requested that Charles Denham bring to the next meeting projects in an order of priority and monetary figures. 4.
