approve Article 10, item 1b as printed in the warrant.

approve Article 10, item 5a as printed in the warrant.

MOTION presented by Select Board Member Kari Hoffmann: I move to
approve Article 10, excepting items 1b, 5a, and 9d, all for the purposes,
from the funding sources, and in the amounts as printed in the warrant;
the amounts appropriated by this vote shall be expended at the direction
of the Town Manager with the approval of the Select Board, except School
expenditures to be made by the School Superintendent with the approval
of the School Committee; that the Town Manager with the approval of the
Select Board or School Superintendent with the approval of the School
Committee for school items, be authorized to sell, convey, trade-in or
otherwise dispose of equipment being replaced by this vote.
