AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-401 (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS) OF THE

HANDICAPPED PARKING ON A PORTION OF ELM STREET, AND BY THE ADDITION

fES Section 1 Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule V, (Handicapped � ,. }� f� ,
Parking), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition ,
of a portion of Elm Street, to read as follows: *
"I Elm Street: on the north side thereof,one 20 foot space being east of a point 44 feet east of the
