1 HOUR OR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ALONG DESIGNATED
PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF CARTE RE'
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance #08 -28 which was adopted at a regular meeting of
the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret on July 24, 2008, the
following streets shall be designated I hour residential parking permit areas:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned streets be
designated 1 -hour or Residential Parking Permit Areas in the Borough of Carteret and
will take effect immediately.
