SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is entered into by the Missouri Highway , ..
and Transportation Commission (hereinafter, "Commission") and the City of Jefferson
City (hereinafter, "City"). ;'�; r" 'r =_`
n' W ITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on February 14, 1997, the Commission and the City previously �x
r entered into a Transportation Enhancement Funds Agreement as to publics r • '
improvements designated as Jefferson City, Cole County, Project No. STP-3100(506)
for the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle trail along West Ed ewood,
} (hereinafter, "Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission and the City now desire to revise the Original
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises ands= -r�,{
'.` representations contained herein the parties agree as follows: ' am =

1 REVISION Paragraph 14 B of the Original Agreement is removed and

(14) REIMBURSEMENT '
B In the event that the sponsor does not receive final
approval for the plans, specifications and estimate for this project
by July 1, 2000 the City agrees to reimburse the
Commission for any monies previously reimbursed to the City
under this Agreement.
(2) ORIGINAL AGREEMENT: Except as otherwise modified, amended, or
supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement between the
r parties shall remain in full force and effect. ?
