ACCEPTANCE OF THE TRANSFER OF WOODLAND CEMETERY TO THE CITY.
7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS

FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby
{ authorized to accept a quit claim deed to Woodland Cemetery from the Woodland
Cemetery Association through corporate trustee Exchange National Bank of Jefferson City. t
' r Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute any
necessary legal documents pertaining to the acceptance of the Woodland Cemetery from
.,` the Woodland Cemetery Association through corporate trustee Exchange National Bank
of Jefferson City. y,
Section 3. The quit claim deed shall be substantially the same in form and content
%n as that quit claim deed attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of rty!
