OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO GOLF
DRIVING RANGE,MINIATURE GOLF COURSE AND PRACTICE PUTTING GREETS BY
ADDING THOSE ITEMS TO THE RURAL DISTRICT, CONDITIONAL, USE SECTION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1.. Section 35-20.A.1.f (Rural District, Conditional Uses) of Chapter 35
(Zoning Code) of the Code of the Cibj of Jefferson, Missouri amended as follows:
1. RU Rural District
Conditional Uses:
f. Privately operated outdoor recreational Facility, including riding `
stable, lake, swimming pool, tennis court, golf course, golf
driving range, miniature golf course and practice putting
greens on site of not less than five acres.
!Qc—tion . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
