AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,CHANGING,AMENDING,AND MODIFYING
THE ZONING HEAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING
APPROXIMATELY 5.90 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE_ OF THE 200 BLOCK OF
CONSTITUTION DRIVE FROM RS-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND RA-1 MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-O OFFICE COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS,IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING TO
ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-1 Single Family Residential
and RA-1 Multiple Family Residential to C-O Office Commercial.
[part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, more,particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 4;thsncs S86032'02"W,along the Section Line,
1787.79 feet to the southwesterly corner of a tract described in Book 116, Page 16, Cole
County Recorder's Office;thence NO3°45'20"ilk',along the westerly line of said tract,723.07
feet to the point of beginning for this description; thence oontinuing along the westerly line
of said tract, NO3 045'20"W, 585.06 feet; thence N86°14'40"E, 458.39 feet; thence
N47°43'26"E, 365.20 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of CONSTITUTION DRIVE;
thence southeasterly, along the westerly right-of-way line of CONSTITUTION DRIVE,on a
curve to the left, having a radius of 426.88 feet, an arc distance of 50.32 feet,the chord of
said curve being S36008'12"E, 50.29 feet; thence leaving the westerly right-of-way line of
CONSTITUTION DRIVE, S47 043'26"W, 297.21 feet; thence N86014'37"E, 107.86 feet;
thence N44025'50"E, 214.06 feet to the westerly right-of--way line of CONSTITUTION
DRIVE; thence southeasterly, along the westerly right-elf--way line of CONSTITUTION
