AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WESTPOINT ES'T'ATES SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, BKR Investments, Inc., Michael W. Beasley, President and Michael L.
Kehoe, Secretary, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitte d to the }r

City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City. Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:

Section 1. The plat of Westpoint Estates,Subdivision, Section Five, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
` plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. J .
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the
City of Jefferson. '

COMMENTS:
Alt items concerning Public:Works review in the Subdivision Code have been addressed on the s 7:
t Final Plat, a plat of a minor, one(l)lot subdivision. `
There are no improvement plans necessary for the subdivision, since the street has already been s
constructed and will serve the proposed lot.
The sanitary sewer is also already in place to serve the lot.` t

RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Public Works recommends to the Commission to npprove the Final Plat of
Westpoint Estates Subdivision, Section Five(5).
