AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE.
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH REGION WEST FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT TO ESTABLISH SERVICE PROVISION ARRANGEMENT
SUBSEQUENT TO ANNEXATION FOR CERTAIN AREAS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
an agreement with Regional West Fire Protection District in order to establish service
{ provisions following annexation of certain areas by the City. ;
# Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the sarne in form and content as .
