AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON,BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 22 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN THE
2700-2800 BLOCK OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF MISSOURI BOULEVARD AND BEHIND
f PROPERTIES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SOUTH TEN MILE DRIVE FROM RS-1 SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO A COMBINATION OF C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL (8.0
ACRES),C-0 OFFICE COMMERCIAL(6.6 ACRES)AND RD RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX(7.4
ACRES).
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-1 Single Y
Family Residential
to a combination of G-2 General Commercial, C-0 Office Commercial,and RD Residential
Duplex. `
