AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
THE PLAT OF MELODY HILLS SUBDIVISION,A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. '
;f WHEREAS,Thomas L. Lindenbusch,Rita F. Lindenbusch, Jerry J.Green,and Melody M.
Green,owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows: ,,r

Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township `
45 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, as per-
_ Deed of Record in Book 355, Page 760, Cole County Recorder's Office, more
particularly described as follows:

Northwest Corner of a tract of land described in Book 355, Page 760, Cole County
Recorder's Office, and the POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; therm '

feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Schumate Chapel Road; thence southerly,

by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Melody Hills Subdivision that all taxes

have been'fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the' f
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1. The plat of Melody Hills Subdivision, being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown b the said plat attached hereto and made a

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse
i acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City
` of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
r passage and approval.
