BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 12813, which was enacted by the City of
Jefferson, Missouri on September 21, 1998, is hereby amended to readas follows:.
jggtion 2. Declarations of candidacy for party candidates and petitions for the
t nomination of independent candidates must be tiled with the City Clerk between 8:00 a.m.
on Tuesday, October 20, 1998, and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2417, 1598. ,
