AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ARTICLE IV OF
' CHAPTER 35(ZONING CODE)OF f'HE CODE OF THE CRY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, f
BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 1*0 SECTION 35-20.A•.3 TO TEMPORARILY PERMIT
DUPLEXES IN CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
>` BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section '!. Section 3a-20.A.3(PermiEVP Uses)of Chapter 35(Zonin Code)of the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended by adding a new subparagraph h
pertaining to permitted uses, which shall read as follows:
h. Two family home In those locations where parochial uses abut
the rear yards of residential lots on'both sides of the street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full farce and effe ct from and after the date of
its passage and approval and shall cease to be in existence upon the effective date of any
subsequent zoning ordinance. '
