ORDINANCE NO.
' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF,'EFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO BUSINESS LICENSES FOR
ITINERANT MERCHANTS AND VENDORS BY REPEALING SECTION 24-34 AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 24-34 PERTAINING TO THE SAME
SUBJECT AND AMENDING SECTION 24-35 OF CHAPTER 24(PEDDLERS. L.ICITORS.
ITINERANT MERCHANTS, ETC.) OF 't E lE CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS

FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 24-34(Fee)of Chapter 24(PeddlersSolicitors. Itinerant Merchants.
Etc.)of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby repealed and a new Section 24-
34 is enacted in lien thereof to read as follows:

The license fee which shall be charged by the finance department for a license to do
. business cinder this article shall be One hundred Dollars ($100.00)per day or Three Iiundred
Dollars($300.00)per year. i
Section 2. Section 24-35 (Expiration) of Chapter 24 (Peddlers. Solicitors, Itinerant !
Merchants. Etc.)of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended as Follows:
Sec.24-35. Expiration.
All annual licenses issued under the provisions of this article shall expire ninu {'�3ee

Issued. Licenses other than annual licenses shall expire on the date specified in the license.
