AN .ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO N, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH COLE COUNTY FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT TO ESTABLISH SERVICE PROVISION ARRANGEMENT
SUBSEQUENT TO ANNEXATION FOR CERTAIN AREAS.
BE. IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1,. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement with Gole County Fire ;protection District in order to establish service
previsions following annexation of certain areas by the City. E
Sec'�ion 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in fon and content as
