AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
CITY OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE TRADE-IN OF THE
PROPERTY TO OFFSET THE PURCHASE 'RICE OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City owned property is hereby declared surplus:
a. Approximately 900 face pieces, 88 frames and harnesses, numerous carrying
cases, 28 steel air tanks and misecellaneous parts for Scott li-A self-contained
breathing apparatus, ("air paks°)
Section 2. The City Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to trade in the

equipment listed in Section 1 to offset the purchase price of replacement equipment.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
