AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND i
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING i I
3.3 ACRES OF A 13.34 ACRE TRACT ADDRESSED AS 901 ELLIS BOULEVARD FROM RS-2 SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RA-2 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING
TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2 Single Family Residential
to RA-2 Multiple Family Residential.
Part of Outlot No. 90, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
From the northeast corner of Section 24,Township 44, Range 12;thence South 3 degrees
east, along the Range line, 335.26 feet, to the beginning point of this description; thence
continuing South 3 degrees east, along the Ranges line, 615.84 feet; thence South 74
degrees 08 minutes east, 130 feet; thence South 3 degrees east, parallel with the Range
line,300 feet,to the northerly line of Peach Tree Drive;thence South 74 degrees 08 minutes
east,along the northerly line of said Drive, 190 feet,to the intersection of the northerly right-
