ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, VACATING AND
DISCONTINUING RIGHT-OF-WAY DONATED BY ROLAND L.WIGGINS SUBDIVISION
AND AUTHORIZING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO RETURN THE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, Roland L. Wiggins dedicated Lots No. 33 as right-of-way to the City;
and
WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council of the City of Jefferson, MIS$OIJri, that
the owners of land adjacent to and abutting upon Lot No. 33 of Roland L. Wiggins
Subdivision in the City, have petitioned the City Council to vacate as right-of--way Lot No.
33; and
WHEREAS, it has further been shown that it would not inconvenience the public or
the citizens of the City to discontinue the right-of-way of Lot No. 33 of Roland L. Wiggins
Subdivision for public use as described in Section 1 of this Ordinance; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares it
necessary, reasonable and proper to discontinue as a right-of-way Lot No. 33 of Roland
L.Wiggins Subdivision and forever vacate the following described right-of-way in said City:
All of Lot No 33 of Roland L. Wiggins Subdivision of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 4 at Page 34, of the Cole County
Recorder's excepting that part of said Lot No. 33 that is included in the right-
s ;, of-way of Marshall Street as dedicated in the plat of record of Campus View

Subdivision, in Plat Book 7, Page 25, of the Cole County Recorder's Office.
r Section 2. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby authorized` tY y razed to execute a
