AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AGREEMENT WITH

MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A SUPPLEMENTAL
THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN
BICYCLE FACILITIES ALONG WEARS CREEK.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a
supplemental grant agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department
on Project No. STP-3100 (505)for pedestrian bicycle facilities along Wears Creek for.36
miles from the west border of Washington Park.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same inform and content.as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
` Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
