AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING ORDINANCE
11380 RELATED TO SALARIES FOR THE POSITIONS OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE AND
CITY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2, subpart (2) of Ordinance 11380 of the City of Jefferson, ! ``
Missouri,fixing the salaries of the Municipal Judge and City Prosecuting Attorney is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(2) The Municipal Court Judge and Oity Proseeutimq ;
Attorney shall receive the sum of $1,98 $1,250 per (
month as salary, effective April 15, 1991 7, 1999, The
City Prosecuting Attorney shall receive the sum of
$1,500 per month as salary, effective April 7, 1999. ;.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date,of
its passage and approval subject to the effective dates reflected in Section 1.
