ADMINISTRATOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR LOCAL I-AW ENFORCEMENT BLOCK GRANT.

FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City
Administrator and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement with the U.S. Department of Juste of for
prevention/safety grant to be used by the Police Department for purc a
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
the Agreement attached as Exhibit A.
Section 3. The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
