AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
i THE PLAT OF 1st VALUE INN, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS SAJKRIS investments Inc., Pankaj T. Patel, President and MFA Petroleum
Company, Jerome Taylor, Vice President, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being
_ located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows:
` A subdivision located in the NE 1/4 of Section 13 T44N
R12W in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
' - being the tract described by a warranty deed recorded
in Book 388 Page 492 of the Cole County records,
further described as being the tracts shown by a survey
recorded in Book A Page 164 of the Cole County
records.

leasehold interest recorded in Book 327 Page 799, and

! Direct access to U.S. Route No. 54 is prohibited as
described by a report of Commissioners recorded in
Book 195 Page 761.
WHEREAS It appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by the
owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as 1 st Value Inn Subdivision that i
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445,
RSMo, entitled "Fiats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of 1st Value Inn Subdivision, being and situated within the

corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and ( ,
made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City
of Jefferson.
SE TION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
