OF JEFFERSON,PERSON MISSOURI ACCEPTING AND

SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Capital Savings Bank, Larry V. Schepers, President and Marilyn Curtit, j
Secretary, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City i
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more articular) described as follows:

All of Lots 80, 81 and 82 and part of a 60 foot wide street right-of-way known as
f Lexington Drive of Neutzler's Early American Subdivision, Section 1 as per plat of
.i record in Plat Book 10, Page 40, Cole County Recorder's Office and being a
subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows: i
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 80 of said Neutzler's Early American ;

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and

:r accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Capita! Hills
Subdivision, Section Three, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the i
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Capital Hills Subdivision, Section Three, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missoud.
{, SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
+i seal of the City of Jefferson.
;7 SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
