AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF KNIPP WEST SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFE=RSON.
WHEREAS, 011ie Mae Knipp, Individually and 011ie Mae Knipp, as Trustee of the
Anna Marie Knipp Trust, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted
to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: 1
I Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of
{ Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of GORDON FOREST ESTATES as per plat of record
:` ( in Plat Kook 11, Page 493, Cole County Recorder's Office thence N88'1 3'27'W along the
northerly line of CORDON FOREST ESTATES, 386.87 feet; thence leaving said northerly
: .1 line N01°10'38"W, 481.45 feet to the southwest corner of a tract described as per deed ;a:
k ., of record in Book 382, Page 458, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N88 04922"E,
along the:southerly line of said tract 356.36 feet to a point on the westerly right-of way line
of.HOWERTON COURT; thence along the right-of-way line of HOWERTON COURT, on
a curve to the left having a radius of 50 feet, an arc distance of 167.59 feet, the chord of
said curve being S1$044'05"E, 99.45 feet; thence leaving said right-of--way line of
HOWERTON COURT S01°10'38"E along the westerly line of a tract described as per
.: deed of record in Book 382, Page 461, Cole County Recorder's Once, 406.57 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Containing in all 4.22 acres.

SECTION 1. The plat of Knipp West Subdivision, Section Four, being and situated }
p pp 9
` I with the corporate limits of the City df Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and.City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal
of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date C
of its passage and approval
