AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING APPROXIMATELY 3.2 ACRES LOCATED BEHIND 1809 CHRISTY DRIVE FROM RA-2
MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RA-2 Multiple Family
'= i Residential to C-2 General Commercial.
A tract of land currently zoned "RA-2", located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 13,
} Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, being the
easterly part of two parcels, one previously described in Book 361, Page 879, and the other
per Book 382, Page 498 of the Cole County Recorder's Office, said easterly part thereof
described as follows:

"Beginning"at the South Quarter Comer of said Section 13; thence N47°12'30IN

zoning boundary line, 453.5 feet to a point on the northerly line of said tract per Book 382,
Page 498, 'said point being 150 feet east from the northwest corner of said tract; thence
S47 02742"E,along the northerly line of said tract, also being the zoning boundary line, 564.72
feet to the easterly comer thereof on the Section Line;thence N86034'38"W, along the Section
