AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF PROST SUBDIVISION , A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON.
,5f ' WHEREAS, Prost Properties, L.C., Vaughn X. Prost, Manager, owner of the real
estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 44 North, `
Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly `
described as follows:
From the center of said Section 24, thence N86°38'32"W, along the Quarter Section
'w ' Line, 437.26 feet to the southwesterly comer of the first described tract in Book 213;
Page 241, Cole County Recorder's Office and the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence along the boundary of a tract described by deed of record in Book
391, Page 321, Cole County Recorder's Office the following courses: N86 038'32"W,
along the Quarter Section Line, 920.62 feet; thence N17 09133 11W, 194.85 feet; ,
thence N47 022'00"E, 269.92 feet;thence S86 038'32"E, 803.83 feet to a point on the
westerly line of the aforementioned tract in Book 213, Page 241; thence '>
S03 04347"W, along the westerly line of said tract, 376.64 feet to the beginning point

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal
of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
