OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
AN ORDINANCE
°f 19-401, SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A) (STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY THE REMOVAL
OF PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST MCCARTY STREET.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, Schedule J, (Parking Prohibited), Subparagraph (a),
(Streets and Highways)of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended
by prohibiting parking on a portion of a portion of the North Side of East McCarty Street as
follows:
McCarty Street East:On the north side thereof,From the east curb lime of Lafayette Street east
a distance of 120 feet.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of ]
