AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
22-19, SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY �
{ INCREASING THE FEES FOR RESERVED PARKING METERS.

,r BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 22-19, Subparagraph (A), of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by amending the rate of fees for reserved parking meters, to
a." read as follows:

_:F. �r.•; trailers, with a limit of one reserve meter per contractor and one reserve meter per subcontractor.
Such fee shall be charged until such reserved meter bag is returned to the director of public works'
office. The director of public works shall be authorized to waive these fees for specific purposes such
as funerals or other extenuating g circumstances.
�:. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval
