BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS {
FOLLOWS:
Section The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into

Section 2. The Amendment shall be substantially the same in form and content as
