AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF HOWERTON'S SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Richard A. Howerton, President of Richard A. Howerton Properties &
`. Development, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 44 North, Range 12 '
y West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
From the southeast comer of said Section 4; thence S86 032'02'W along the
Section Line, 1787.79 feet to the southwesterly corner of tract described in [` s
Book 116, Page 16, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence NO3 045'20"W
along the westerly lire of said tract, 1274.21 feet to the Southeasterly comer

Subdivision that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 465,
RSMo, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the' Planning and Zoning
<' r Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
^ SECTION 1. The plat of Howerton's Subdivision, being and situated within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date f °`
of its passage and approval.
