AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE ►
j CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO RESTAURANT USES IN
COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS BY ADDING TWO NEW DEFINITIONS OF FOOD SERVICE
ESTABLISHMENTS AND DESIGNATING WHERE THESE TYPES OF RESTAURANTS ARE �
ALLOWED.
J BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNC�OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:x Section '% Section 35 , ( e n t Chapter 35 (Zoninc,LCode)of the Code of the City of
je#ferson, Missouri, is hereby amended to include the following definitions:
Re5tuuraants Drive-in.An establishment deriving over fifty percent(50%)of gross revenue
from the sale of food and�EAnk not including alcoholic beverages,and which functions as s retail outlet
where food or beverages are sold and delivered to patrons in parked motor vehicles.
Restaurant Drive-through. An establishment deriving over fifty percent (59%) of grass
revenue from the sale of food and drink not including alcoholic beverages, where foods and/or
j beverages are sold in a form ready for consumption And where ordering and pickup of food uyay take
glace standing or from an automobile.
Section 2. Section 35-•20.A(8)(g)(C-1 Neiahborhocd Commercial District Permissive Uses) i
