E WHEREAS, BKR Investments, Inc., Michael L. Kehoe, Secretary and Michael W. The plat of Westpoint Estates Subdivision, Section Three, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted f by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the } seal of the City of Jefferson. and effect from and after the date SECTION 3.
