AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A `
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO THE '1397-93 GENERAL FUND
NON-DEPARTME=NTAL BUDGET FOR THE PAYMENT OF INSURANCE COSTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS: (,

Section 1. There is hereby supplemental appropriated within the GeneraE Fund
to the Non-Departmental Budget Account the net amount $ 51,431 for the payment of
retrospective insurance premiums to USF&G Company.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
