A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW
STREET SWEEPER AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures for the purchase of
a 2013 Elgin Eagle Street Sweeper PER OPTION 2 as outlined by the Public Works
Director's supplemental briefing and per the Faris Machinery proposal dated March 28,
2013 and authorizes the Town Manager to enter into a contract for this purchase.
2. This will be a municipal lease purchase program with annual payments made over a 5-
year period as determined by the Finance Manager.
3. This purchase must be executed within fiscal year 2013 or this approval shall no longer
be effective.
