AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, SCHEDULE A, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY
ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMIT ON EASTLAND DRIVE NEAR LEWIS
AND CLARK MIDDLE SCHOOL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule A (Speed
Limits), Subparagraph(g)(Twenty Miles Per Hour), of the Code of the City of Jefferson is
hereby amended by the addition of the following:
Lewis and Clark Middle School:
Eastland Drive,between the southerly intersection with Lewis and Clark Drive and a point being 235
feet south of the southerly curb line of Scenic Drive.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
