AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 1996-97
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI, BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS WITHIN
THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SALES TAX FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section I. There is hereby transferred within the Capital Improvements Sales Tax Fund
$90,000 from Binder Field Lighting Improvements to Park ADA Improvements for renovation of
the McClung Park Dance Pavilion and Restrooms.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
