AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIVE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. , WHEREAS, Sheldon Gentry, Inc., Sue Gentry, President, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Part of Lot 1 of SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 201, Cole County Recorder's Office and part of Lot 20, Block 4 of FAIR ACRES ADDITION as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 28, Cole County Recorder's Office, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said lot 1 of SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION;thence along the boundary of said Lot 1 the following courses: N86°42'32"W, 299.88 feet; thence N28°47'41"W, 19.36 feet;thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 109.97 feet, an arc distance of 89.07 feet, (Chord N05°35'29"W, 86.65 feet); thence N17°36'44"E, 295.39 feet;thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 1462.69 feet, an arc distance of 32.47 feet, (Chord S79 011'16"E, 32.47 feet);to the northwest corner of a tract described by deed of record in Book 348, Page 661, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S10 054'14"W, along the westerly line of said tract, 125.41 feet; thence S80°51'40"E, along the southerly line of said tract, 78.85 feet to a point on the easterly line of said Lot 20 of FAIR ACRES ADDITION;thence SO4 052'46"E, along the easterly t r, line of said Lot 20, 76.00 feet to a point of the northerly line of said Lot 1 of SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION; thence along the boundary of said Lot 1 the following courses: N83°39'21"E,42.40 feet; thence SO4°53'04"E, 16.00 feet;thence N63°07'16"E, 45.62 feet;thence N85 030'28"E,31.20 feet;thence S05°49'06"E, 197.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1.63 Acres. WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Southgate Subdivision, Section Five, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with. X. BN 97-15 Page 1 j r 1. r. i✓ i "'nom NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The plat of Southgate Subdivision, Section Five, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson. SECTION 3.
