AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING APPROXIMATELY 6.54 ACRES WITHIN GOLDAMMER SUBDIVISION,LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 170 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF EASTLAND DRIVE AND THE
RELOCATED EAST ELM STREET, FROM RS-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-4
PLANNED COMMERCIAL, DESCRIBED AS: r
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE j
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-3 Single Family
Residential to C-4 Planned Commercial:
A tract of land situated in and being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20,Township
44 North, Range 11 West. Apart of Outlot#112 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,and a
part of a tract of land described by deed recorded in Book 379,Page 240 of the records of
Cole County, Missouri; said tract more particularly described as follows:
Commencing from the Northwest Corner of Outlot#112 of the City of Jefferson; thence
S54°05'12"E, 379.98 feet; thence SO4 016'30"E, 81.79 feet;thence S31°38'37"W, 61.33 f
feet; thence S01°20'06"E, 151.93 feet; thence S34°10'33"E, 87.81 feet; thence
SO4°16'30"E,125.07 feet;thence S83-38'1 3"W,203.80 feet;thence S56°54'04"W,150.79
feet; thence N21°51'13"W, 341.35 feet; thence N55°51'20"W, 198.93 feet; thence
N35°53'34'E,471.99 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 6.54 Acres more or less.
