APPOINTING A TAX ASSESSOR FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTE RET
WIIEREAS, N.J.SA. 40A:9 -146 provides for the appointment of a Tax Assessor for
each municipality in the State of New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:9 -148.1 provides that the Municipal Tax Assessor shall hold
a Tax Assessor Certification provided for in N.J.S.A 54:135.25 et.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Gerald J. Briscione
be and is hereby reappointed Tax Assessor, effective immediately
Adopted this I" day of October, 2020
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 2, 2020.
