AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, SCHEDULE J(PARKING PROHIBITED),SUBPARAGRAPH(A) (STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY THE REMOVAL OF
PARKING NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF MYRTLE AVENUE AND STADIUM
BOULEVARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS: I
Section 1. Section 19-401, Schedule J, (_Parking Prohibited), Subparagraph(a),
(Streets and Highways)of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended
by prohibiting parking near the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Stadium Boulevard as 4
follows:
Myrtle Avenue:On the west side thereof,from the north curb line of Stadium Blvd north a distance of
I 90 feet.
Stadium Blvd.:On both side thereof,from a point 50 feet east of the east curb of Myrtle Ave to a point
being 100 feet west of the west curb line of Myrtle Ave.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
