AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF ONE ELM PLAZA SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. i
WHEREAS, Frank E. and Laverne C. Twehous,owners of the real estate hereinafter A
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in j
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: I
A subdivision located in Outlot No. 75 in Section 17 T44N R11 W in Jefferson City,
Cole County, Missouri, further described as follows:
Beginning in the southwesterly corner of Lot Two, One Elm Plaza Section One, recorded
in Plat Book 11 Page 386 of Cole County Records, shown by said survey as being f
N54 002'05"W 1961.11 feet,N35°42'14"E 237.10 feet, and N20°55'14"E 521.87 feet from
the southeast corner of Outlot No. 75; thence S69°04'46"E, along the southerly line of
l said Lot Two, 176.74 feet to the westerly right-of-way of El Dorado Drive;thence along
`^^ said right-of-way on a curve to the left having a radius of 355.30 feet, 134.53 feet, the
chord being S28°04'02"W 133.72 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way, N69°04'46"W
160.10 feet to the easterly line of Hedgewood Heights Subdivision Block A, recorded in
Plat Book 4 Page 72 of Cole County Records; thence N20°55'14"E, along said line,
132.68 feet to the beginning and containing 0.50 acre.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as One Elm Plaza
Subdivision, Section Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of One Elm Plaza Subdivision, Section Two, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
j plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
` > by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify he approval of said plat under the r

of its passage and approval.
