AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LOTS 79 AND 82 OF "THE DIAMONDS" SUBDIVISION,
SECTION FOUR,LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST EDGEWOOD DRIVE
AND DIAMOND RIDGE FROM C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO C-2 GENERAL
COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS,IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS: `
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-1 Neighborhood I
Commercial to C-2 General Commercial: b
Lots 79 and 82 of"The Diamonds" Subdivision, Section Four, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri,as per plat of record in Plat Book 11,Page 893,Cole County Recorder's Office.

. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
