driveway on the left side of the property. All chain link posts will be set in concrete.
Some clearing of brush and dead fallen trees will need to be removed.

WAIVER OF 45 DAY DETERMINATION
OPTIONAL
The applicant/authorized agent understands and agrees that the
determination of the submitted application for Old King's
Highway approval may not be made within 45 days of the filing
of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a
determination is to be made as required by the Old King's
Highway Regional Historic District Act.
Section 9- Meetings, Hearing, Time for Making
Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any
event within forty five (45) days after the fling of application, or
within such further time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the committee shall make a determination on the application."

Wood fences/stone walls:
Note: ALL new or altered fences and stone walls require OKH
approval regardless of height or material.
Vinyl fences, regardless of height, are NOT allowed in the OKH
District.
Fences up to 4 feet high may be eligible for Certificate of
Exemption approval; check with OKH Office Administrator.
Height limit for fences is 6 feet. Taller fences will be considered
based on topographical conditions. Location of fencing over 4
feet high is not approved forward of front fascia of building.
Finished side of fence must face out from fenced in area.
Chain link fences and concrete walls are not usually considered
appropriate.

This certificate is good for one year from approval date or upon
date of expiration of Building Permit, whichever date shall be

All new construction will be subject to inspection by OKH. OKH-
approved plans MUST be available on -site for framing & final
inspections
All fees will be doubled for permits not obtained prior to work
being started
All permit fees and deposits are non-refundable

Plot plan 1 – Install 6’ High Cedar Fence from Right Corner facing house approximately 25’ across front
of the house. This includes 4’ wide access gate.
Brush along the outside parimitor of the lot will need to be cleared out by hire landscaper.
Plot plan 2 – Install 247’ of 5’ tall black chain link fence from the corned of the new cedar fence 117’
down to the corner of the property, 64’ along the back of the property, approximately another 60’ to
the back corner of the house. This includes a 10’ across the driveway enterance.
Additionally, Brush along the outside parimitor of the lot will need to be cleared out by hire landscaper.
